Unfortunately, my experience was far from great. With regard to your reply to my review, the technician had informed me not to watch her do my nails or she will mess up. I have never had a nail technician tell me that, thats where I knew it was unprofessional you do not inform clients that they will mess up. I also informed her i wanted curved french after she applied a straight line and she said she will fix it which she attempted to do but could not even manage to design a classic curved french. At that point i did not bother correcting her again because I knew she did not understand what I wanted. As a professional technician you should be able to tell the nails were all uneven and chunky. the gel was poorly applied where they started to burn my skin. I even had to ask her to buff because of how sharp they were. I dont think i should be telling her how to do her job. when i came back in i mentioned that it was burning and no one apologized for how poorly they were done. I apologized in the end for something that was not my fault. I asked for half my money back because I felt bad asking for a full. However , when I went the day after to get them fixed they couldnt beleive what my skin and nail looked like. My skin was red and peeling and my nails were all different lengths. So these were points you did not mention in your reply. Hopefully that technician can realize her mistakes and how she can fix them for the next client. Services: Nail painting, Nail extensions
