the worst customer experience I have ever had. I came in to get a shellac refill, the employee who was helping me was extremely rude. she was not able to file my nails in a square shape and kept making them round.. I kindly asked her to make them sharp and file again, but they were still round. When she finished and I was about to pay, I noticed several scratches and inconsistencies in my nails because of the way she was applying the nail polish. I kindly showed the owner, and asked if I can get the colour re applied. The owner even agreed, but the employee was EXTREMELY rude and harsh with my nails after, she slapped my hands very aggressively when she could have asked me to put my hand in the machine. She also did not apply the top coat to seal in the polish when she re did it. I ended up just leaving because I felt like she would have been harsher on my hands/nails. I will never go back to this place or recommend anyone go here. I asked for a simple refill and I ended up with round, scratched, inconsistent nails.

Worst experience ever. Will never go back. Got powder gel nail with UV manicure. Had to literally repeat the service I wanted 3 times. The gel was too thickmade my nails look crooked. I had come home and file them down to the shortest lengthon top of that the nails hurtnot sure what kind of product used but my nails are hurting like anything. The lady doing my manicure kept on using the electric file so much that my cuticles were painful and I literally had to keep pulling hand back. Literally the end result looked as if its an amateurs job. Although natural the way the gel has been applied looks as if fake nails and extremely painful. Will never go back.
