Forch is one of my favourite people. He's helped out to a great degree and stays on top of cases, great to chat with if you have a higher awareness of what's going on in the world, and just a great man. Always appreciate talking with him. He's helped with my father's case, and was happy to chat with me about some things. Good guy that should be supported. Forch does things for the right reasons and will guide you in the right direction if he's unable to help directly. Super human being.

Forch and his team brilliantly and successfully fought 4 TICKETS I received. Getting all 4 tickets WITHDRAWN! Tickets which would have raised my insurance premiums drastically. The whole process was effortless and reassuring with Forch, as he explained thoroughly all the details of my case and which options were the best to pursue based on my individual circumstances. All of this was done virtually, allowing me to continue with my schedule. I highly recommend Forch and his team to anybody in a similar situation! I recently (Jan. 2023) contacted Forch again to get advice on how to best deal with a non reportable accident for my son in-law. Forch explained in detail how to communicate with the other party involved in order to minimize the potential cost for repair and increase of insurance premium. Forch provided me with competent advice at no charge, and everything worked out just like he said it would. Forch continues to impress and comes through when it matters most. He gave me a generous amount of his time on three different phone calls to ensure that the steps were carried out perfectly. My initial experience with Forch was a few years ago. I received a Careless Driving charge and I needed to fight it due to the seriousness of the Insurance ramifications. I contacted other Paralegal Firms and was not impressed with most. I must admit though that I ask plenty of questions and most Paralegals are unwilling to take the time to answer with their common response being something like, "I know you are concerned but just hire us and don't worry about it". I continued searching and came across some positive online reviews on a Motorcycle Forum about Forch La Rosa and decided to give him a call. I spoke with Forch and then John, who answered all my questions and gave me credible advice. I then scheduled an appointment to meet with John to review the disclosure document I had received from the prosecutor. I met John in person and he took the time to review the disclosure and offered me professional and realistic advice. Up to this point these two gentleman gave me an incredible amount of their time and I immediately knew that they are the kind of professionals that I wanted and I confidently retained them to represent me knowing that I was in their capable hands. My case was settled without a Careless Charge to my complete satisfaction and I am very grateful for their genuine caring character. I highly recommend this firm!
