I purchased two shower systems and one tub filler from Aquadesign thru Europe bath. There were missing parts for the first set. When my contractor installed the tub filler, the found it is leaking. It's unbelievable this happens to a brand new set. Aquadesign seems only wants to send the cartridge for the leaking filler. It is not customer's responsibility to replace the part. It is not acceptable for doing business like that.

I had a good and then a bad experience with this companys customer service. The first time I called and spoke with a rep, he helped me understand the clearance requirements for the steam generator they sell. I am an interior designer, not a plumber or an electrician, and wanted to confirm information I received from my plumber to see if we can use this unit in the shower bench if it was vented. The bench placement would not meet the clearance requirements, so I called back to ask about slope to and away from the unit so I could understand alternate options for locating the generator. The second customer service rep was repeatedly short and seemingly annoyed by my questions. I asked about the length of the run that was allowed and if the connection at the outlet was considered a 90 degree if the pipe came straight up the wall. I was told to find a plumber who is familiar with steam units. I was trying to make this unit work, but after being treated so rudely, I will not be purchasing from this company.
