Robert was paramount in helping me navigate my mental health during this pandemic. His sessions and recommended activities were manageable and well-picked. After finishing CBT with him, I feel equipped with the skills I need to tackle each day.

I did not have a great experience here. I didn't feel like I was heard and I felt Robert pushed his own agenda rather than listening to what I needed and wanted.

I reached out to Robert a year ago and have not looked back. Robert is professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. Robert has helped me with tools that I could use to control my anxiety. I can now say that I look at life in a more positive way thats to Robert.

With A very inviting, calming atmosphere. Robert From day one was upfront, honest and non judgemental. Robert is patient and sincere; he does not say what we want to hear, Robert says what we needed to hear. Through out our sessions Robert taught many different tools to help cope, learn to hear what is being said not just listen, improve on communication skills and self love. All which helped evolve to a better version of me. To this day I am grateful for our session and all I was taught.
