I was introduced to John from a friend. I own a townhouse and was in need of some help and advice on what to do after my tenant moved out. Most agents would push to sell it so they can get the biggest commission and move on. After looking at the numbers, I was advised to rent it out again now that the rents are substantially more. John handled everything from showing it himself to background checks, credit reports and even calling potential tenants jobs. I feel like he genuinely did his best to make sure I was happy, and that the person that was going to rent out my house was going to be a respectful paying tenant. I would use John and his services in the future for myself and recommend him to my friends and family.
