If you are first time home buyer and looking for a professional, responsive and dedicated realtor, I would suggest you guys go for Ericka. We started to look for our house at the peak of seller market months and experience the negligence and unwelcome attitude from several realtors who we called to share our interest and intention. Those top realtors were so busy with more prominent and appealing customers so we can feel that they were not so excited to share more information and further discuss with us "newbie" in the house searching journey. However, our experience was so different with Ericka. We were just registered as interested in one project. She called us back and set-up a model house visit in a short notice. During the house tour, she was very attentive and answered to all of our question regardless of how silly that could be as we have very little knowledge of Toronto real estate. Once we firmed up our decision, she help us through every single steps and did everything that she could to protect our rights including asking to extend the cooling period and found the new good lawyer given that we wasted almost 7 days with non-responsive lawyer who supposed to help us on reviewing all the paper works. Being through some up and down during the house hunting process, but we always have Ericka beside us even very late at night or weekend or holidays to work things through. I was very appreciated to have her as my realtor and I do hope anyone who choose her will have the same pleasant experience like we did.
