As others mentioned, he will only attract customers by his "bank-owned list"!! When you call him, he'll try to convince you that bank-owned properties are not worth it!! So why does he publish a list of bank-owned properties and send it to everyone by email?! Miguel is not professional. He is not responsive. He'll ditch you if he feels that you budget is limited. For him a limited budget means that he needs to work harder to find something for you, also his commission will be lower. My sincere advice, find another realtor.

Miguel has a list of bank-owned properties on his website to fish for new customers. Once you contact him he'll try to convince you to buy a non-bank-owned property with a price higher than your budget. It takes him more than a week to reply, even with reminders. This realtor will just abandon you once he feels he won't make a big chunk of money. Stay away and save your time.
