Having outgrown our condo, we began looking for a new home to rent in December 2019 and were recommended by a friend to Peter. It took 9 long months, but we were finally able to find a home we truly loved. During that time, Peter showed up to every listing we were interested in without hesitation, never lost interest, and was always transparent about his thoughts, putting our best interest ahead of his, every single time, despite having shown us several properties over several months. On one occasion, Peter spotted discrepancies in a lease agreement that could have cost us a lot of time and money in the long run, and advised us to not follow through with the home. Were confident many other realtors wouldve turned a blind eye in a similar scenario, to just get the sale over with. We could go on and on about Peter.
