We knew about Chris from a friend when we started our search for our new home in Stouffville. We were nervous getting into the market as every home was a multiple offer and prices were going up really fast. We have known Christopher for quite some time now and were first introduced to him when he was a practicing lawyer. We were very nervous selling our first family home while at the same time looking for a bigger family home in a completely different area we were used to all during the peak of Covid-19. He advised us at the time that it was a good time to move with low interest rates even with all the bidding wars. He sold our home in just 5 days and with a firm offer and no conditions.
