Worked with Kiel for the selling of our home in Vaughan. His team was patient with us throughout the home renovation and preparation phase. Gave a few great recommendations to enhance and maximize the selling price. The house was staged, designed and prepared with the utmost detail. The team took great pride in their work. The staging team and staff was excellent and charming to work with. The were able to market the property very well. We ended up getting 2 offers during a slower market condition which was quite surprising. Kiel was able to negotiate very well between the two offers to maximize our selling price.
