Gabe is such an amazing realtor! It was my first time with one and he excelled in all aspects. I was moving to the GTA for the first time and was very stressed about looking for an apartment and almost gave up but Gabe held the spirit. He IS THE DEFINITION OF ABOVE AND BEYOND. I didnt have a car and he would drive me to view my listings and to the nearest transit even when some of them were at 9-10 PM. He held the spirit throughout my whole time with him and eventually found me the most amazing apartment in Etobicoke (which is exactly where I was looking for). He is someone that I have been recommending to everyone that I possibly know because he is that good!!! His Knowles about the real estate market is just what you need when you dont really know what and where to look for. Additionally, he has his own application and wow, it can be tailored just for you to have real time updates about new listings coming to the market. His response time is honestly 24/7 and will be available anytime to response to any queries you have even at midnight!! Great guy, very respectful of your demands and he is just amazing to have around during such a stressful time!
