When we were looking to sell our house, Shawn was already in our mind as we had dealt with him in the past while buying this house and I guess we all were right with our choice. We had a great experience with him as well as his team. We knew that our property is in safe hands and had full trust on him & his team from day one. Shawn did a lot of hard work in preparing us and getting our property ready for sale. Not to forget we put our house as "open house" for 2-3 weeks on every weekend and as a result our house was sold in less than a month. It was a smooth & pleasant experience. No doubt that selling your house is a very tedious and tough task but it was all possible due to Shawn's continuous honest effort and dedication towards his profession. This was the first time my husband and I were dealing with a realtor in Canada to rent out a property and I contacted Shawn.
