Matt is professional, diligent and knowledgeable, but more importantly he went above and beyond in selling our condo and finding the perfect home for my fianc and I- and in record time! My husband and I had such a great experience with Matt as our real estate agent. He made finding our perfect first home during a pandemic enjoyable and super easy. Matt listened to what we wanted and found us lots of options that would work for us instead of trying to have us compromise. Matt provided a wealth of knowledge and even set us up with a mortgage broker to make everything seamless from start to finish. Matthew Plantamura and the team at Royal LePage are the best in the real estate business! Selling our first home was a big deal and Matt was amazing at making it a smooth, easy process. He also got us top dollar for our home, and made it the highest selling home on our street! Matt is extremely knowledgeable and professional when dealing with his clients. He was with us every step of the way, always making sure we were comfortable and understood the process. Whenever something wasnt clear, Matthew took the time and patience to explain it in a way that was empowering and reassuring as a seller. Matt was always respectful of our time and made showings a breeze. His team organized and booked showings within the parameters that we set and always provided us with ample notice. Matthew was such an integral and positive part to our selling experience we had to have him help in our purchasing experience too. Matt was phenomenal at finding us so many great listings that met our criteria and he took the time to sort out the ones that were the best use of our time to view. He met us at all the showings, bringing with him a bounty of research that he had collected on the property/house. This was to always ensure we knew the most about our potential new home.
