Recently, Joe Rea was referred to me by a colleague for the sale of my home. She told me that he was a pro and that the tagline "monster-negotiator" was accurate. Indeed it was! He efficiently listed the house, had it staged, had it cleaned, had it inspected, arranged buyer appointments, held an Open House and sold it within a few weeks. I must add that he sold it on the eve of a looming recession! I appreciated his expertise, good humour and confidence throughout the process. Now I have become the colleague who refers Joe Rea the "monster-negotiator" to my co-workers, friends and family for all their real estate needs.

3 different calls for a property and not a single call returned. Be prepared that they may not want to call you back on rental properties. That's been my experience!
