I referred my son to Nick and The OP Team to purchase his first property for a fix and flip and the care and commitment to a positive experience was first class. My son quickly got the bug and used Nick's services again for his second purchase. We had a wonderful experience working with Nick and the OP team throughout the entire process of selling our home. From our first meeting with Nick we were confident that he was the right person to get this done. Hes exceptionally knowledgeable, experienced and confident and we had no doubt that he would do what he does best while keeping our best interest at heart. He was straight forward and regularly kept us informed which was especially important to us as we were selling during a shifting market. Everything from the staging to marketing was above and beyond, we didnt have to worry about a thing. Everyone else on the team that we had the pleasure of interacting or working with along the way as well (Isla, Rocco, Jessica) were all amazing and always happily available to answer any questions we had.
