He managed to sell her home that had many challenges busy street, at a T section, lumberyard across the road and just as the market was cooling down ( I dont know how you did it). Our (my wife and I) experience with Nirsh and his Team of professionals was simply exceptional. The timeliness and quality of communication with them exceeded our expectations. Very often Google reviews are done after the sale of the house is complete but as a client working with Nirsh right now I felt the need to do a review on my experience so far and I wish this review option had 10 Stars. To say that Nirshi knowledgeable, kind empathetic professional and experienced is an understatement. Nirsh is currently taking me through the sale of a house that I would not have even considered parting with 3 weeks ago. On top of that we've just gone back into full lockdown and stay at home and I've never been more confident in having someone lead me through such an intense process in these unprecedented times. His team is so professional,sociable, punctual and gets the job done and you can tell how well Nirsh is respected when his own team speaks highly of him. I'm a few days from my house going to market and all of my worries and fears have been turned into excitement. I really don't think there's any other option out there other than Nirsh. The level of trust that exists between him and his client is beyond admirable and the level of at which he functions set the high precedence. I'll write another review when we sell the house. But I had to hop on here and explain the process thus far with Nirsh and his team. So google wouldn't let me do a separate review so here is Part 2. I successfully sold my house with Nirsh. I got more than I expected and the process was smooth and pain free. I can't possibly think of using another agent from now on and have told all my friends and family about him. As we speak actually I am buying back into the market with Nirsh not one but two investment properties and it's all due to his guidance and well informed mind on what is happening in the market not just in Ontario but cross country. This man is a gift to his profession and not only an agent but a wise investment mind.
