Ivan has been my real estate agent for about 5 years now - he helped my wife and I find our first home when we could barely get a down payment together, and now he is helping us find our next home. We have just completed the first part - selling our current house - and WOW. We sold our house for 236k over asking breaking records in our neighbourhood!! Ivan helped us the whole way and he always made himself available. We have full confidence in him, because it's obvious this guy eats and sleeps real estate. He's thinking about it and analyzing it all the time. And this definitely shows when hes coming up with a selling strategy and negotiating with other agents. We're lucky we were introduced to him and I recommend him to everyone.
