        I had to deal with this company for work and I was assisted by Francesca Sgro. She was very rude and unpleasant, and she had a bad attitude the entire time that we spoke on the phone. I do not recommend dealing with her.

        If you need assistance with matters in Italy for people living in Canada this is a great resource. The staff are helpful polite and very knowledgeable. I have been taking my mother there for years and they have always explained things in Italian. Wonderful staff makes the visit and breeze.
