Unfortunately, my container came in cracked inside and my belongings all destroyed. The guys that helped me were great in trying to detangle everything and try to remove safely, And did a wonderful job, to keep safe.

As former military members, we are very familiar with the moving process, and we ourselves have moved multiple times over the course of our lifetime. We secured Kratos to move a family member in Barrie. The initial contact with the company was very positive. On the moving day, they arrived 1/2 hour late and continued moving incredibly slow as they charged by the hour. The employee told them he would not be loading the truck after 1pm. (they arrived at 1030) as they had somewhere else to go. She said she was shocked and told the employee he would not be getting paid if that was the case as it would not be complete. The employee quipped back rudely that they would be stopping at 1pm. Next, the movers were nervous of the dog who was put in the bedroom, and the door was closed. The worker informed her that the dog needed to be removed for them to continue. This took almost an hour by the time someone was able to come and take the dog that they did not work ( but we had to pay for. The workers complained about not being paid enough over and over, saying they should be getting more money. This was a 15-foot truck that they did not even fill. My son's girlfriend told me how rude they were to her, but very nice to my son. About an hour before they stopped working, I got a call. They wanted me to pay for the move. I told him that I had concerns about the move that I would discuss once it was completed, and I would pay then. He told me the conversation would just be between the 2 of us. So, I shared the concerns. While talking with him, I received a call from my son asking what was wrong. The movers were refusing to do anything else until I paid. Clearly, the call was not just between the two of us as was promised. I had to pay for them to finish. In the meantime, I was unaware that my son's girlfriend was bringing items from the apartment because they did not get all the belongings. When she pulled into the driveway to the new house, the mover ran at her car, screaming at her that she needed to tell customer service that he did a good job or he would not get other jobs. She was afraid as he held the phone in her car and had his arm holding the door of her car preventing her from getting out as a result of the fear she did tell them that they did a good job. So a quarter of the truck got left in the garage and some back at the apartment. Unfortunately, the worker was very inappropriate to the woman. I called the owner, and we had a lengthy call. He indicated to me that he had received other complaints about this individual. He also told that they had $20,000 being disputed. Please know that as I write this review, the purpose is not to hurt anyone. Instead, I want to protect anyone else from this type of situation. I read the reviews all 5 star, great first contact everything to indicate that this would be a great move. This was not the reality. Word of mouth is always the best, or asking your real estate agent as they often recommend the best known movers.

Ajay Kumar and Emin. Is the most helpful in the heat of the moment. They are flexible with their schedule and are able to go above and beyond. They met my needs moving and I can rely on them in the future. I trust them to secure everything and make it safe for driving.
