A plumber I contacted recently recommended United Water Restoration of Toronto recently. They followed up quicklyby phone and scheduled someone to visit to check an area for potential water buildup in the ceiling. Desiree came by to check the area with a heat camera. Luckily, it appeared to be an old plaster lathe ceiling sag, and not a water/restoration issue. Desiree was very friendly and professional during her visit and provided her own boot-covers when entering. While we didn't need to hire anyone to fix the issue, I'll be keeping United Water Restoration in mind if any water issues appear!
