I moved in on Jan 26 from Burlington. I just love it,close to everthing. Shopping, food stores,Dental and Medical. You can't ask for more. Our superintendents are the best .

Our new superintendents Steve and Rita joined us a few months ago. Its sooo nice to walk into a spotless squeaky clean building. They are always ready to help in every way. We feel like part of a family. They are amazing! Sweet Kind couple. Drewlo hang on to them! Arthur &Camy Hage !

It was our first time looking at rental properties in Woodstock and my partner and I both fell in love with 955 James St. We saw many properties during our day (townhomes, condos, etc) and none compared to this building. Yes, the other properties were beautiful and within the same price range. However, the biggest reason for us deciding to go with this building was the superintendent - Ruby. Ruby is one of the kindest and sweetest people we met all day while touring Woodstock. You could tell she not only cared about her role as the superintendent and the building, but also about the people that lived there. She is very hardworking and was amazing throughout our whole application process. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is ultimately the reason why we wanted to call 955 James St. our new home.
