No signage very hard to figure out where to go. Right off the hop instructor was rude shaking head at my car for some reason. Instructor smelled very bad and very condescending before even driving I knew I wouldnt be passing with this instructor. Talked about other tests while I was trying to focus. My car is a hybrid and switches to battery when stopped and failed due to too many rolling stops. Direction not given far enough in advance and directions were told rudely. People are nervous and it does help when your instructor has a poor attitude.

My sister who has had her g2 and driven for years had her road test and her instructor had a bad attitude from the start. He complained about walking to meet her in the parking lot (the signage is so confusing she wasnt sure where to go). He was distracting and unclear with directions and wasnt aware that hybrid cars make a sound when they switch from gas to electric and complained about that too. My poor sister came out crying. Whether or not she passed he had no right to be so rude.

This location dont know what customer service is. Lady name Heather is very rude not smile on her face at allwhile talking to her colleagues she is so happy and smiling but when she talks to customers dont even smile and speaks very rudely. They really need to get some kind of training how to deal with customers. As per the other comments, I believe nobody is taking these kinds of issues seriously.

All I wanted was the book for a truck license and yes these people are extremely rude and told me I have to book a appointment just to come in and buy a book from them not sure how normal it is but I also kinda find it weird that a government office is cash only

Bad luck that I booked this place for my G without checking the nasty reviews first! Horrible experience!!! The examiner was a lady and asked me to speed up and overtake a fully loaded truck when the trucker was bumper to bumper. When I sped up the trucker sped up too and she failed me because I didnt change the lane and overtook the truck. Im stupid for thinking of her and my safety first arent they supposed to evaluate how rationally we take road decisions during the test?
