My friend bought me earrings in August they were 60 dollars with tax the next day the clip broke they sent them away the got them 2 weeks later a couple days later broke again they fixed it at jewelry store 2months later they both broke an list one then fiy d it so I phoned them cause they were obviously defective an they would not return them or exchange them that's bad business

Romance Jewellers in downtown Woodstock gives service with a personal touch. I took my broken wedding band in and Judy helped me to find a lower priced solution that would best fit my needs. She really went the extra mile to present me with different options, and Im super happy that I chose to take my business there. They truly prioritize satisfied customers over quick cash.

I love this store! A hidden gem in woodstock ... The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They have a layaway which is how I've been able to purchase a couple of my prizes pieces! I've also had repairs done and been very happy with the quality upon its return. If they dont have something they will order it in for you .
