Updated review: I went to a different lady today, she didn't even give me a proper manicure just sprayed my cuticles and trimmed, rushed the entire appointment and put top coat all over my actual fingers. My base coat for the french was also milky and not a solid color! When I was looking at gems I asked for small ones on the side and she didn't have any, I didn't want big gems in a row so I said I'll just do one instead and she said I wasted her gems - she could've showed me without gluing or told me the gem options ahead of time, how would I know!! She clearly swore at me in her language. When I was looking at my nails, she said hurry I don't have time to wait, so I said that's fine I'll cancel my pedicure. I went to my car so upset, the top coat was stuck to my fingers, and it wasn't even shiny one some of them it was already dull/sticky. I went back and asked for a refund and said she could remove the shellac. I've never in my life had to ask for a refund or left a bad review. Drove to kitchener after to get my proper birthday nails!! If I could give negative stars I would. ---------------- Valerie was amazing! I've never left a review for someone before but she did amazing. Super gentle and did a really neat and clean job

Clean, staff polite, always have done a great job on my nails, and pedicures as well. I like to take my young preteen daughter who loves to sit in the butterfly chair when we splurge for mom daughter pedicures. 4 stars only because while my experiences have been good, i wish the staff was a bit more personable. Its a very minor detail, but enough not to quite make 5 stars.
