I recently moved into one of the units at 59 Reeve st in Woodstock, what a pleasant experience. From the showing of the apartment to the handing over keys everything went smoothly. Working with William was such a pleasure. He showed absolute kindness and professionalism. He was willing to answer all of my questions no matter time of day. I absolutely love my apartment and would highly recommend. These apartments and the service of William to everyone.

I am writing this review from a Land Lord's perspective and I can speak a little bit about the happiness of my existing new tenants that Jennifer, Devyn and her team have Brought into my my 2 units after Warren (contractor) doing extensive renovations. Devyn worked very hard in showing the place several times to find a perfect match for me. I can tell you that I am super happy with the new rent and new tenants and my tenants are super happy as Warren had done extensive renovations to increase the value for the tenants by adding in a washer and dryer, new bathroom, new hard wood floors. As my property managers I often get praise from my tenants at the team's responsiveness to any issues that arise. I am in the mortgage business and my responses to my mortgage clients are very quick and I always do what is in their best interest and Jennifer's team does exactly that. I only deal with business partners that share my similar values for thriving for excellence. Whether you are a person looking for a place to rent or a land lord looking for property management, you will be extremely SURPRISED at what Jennifer, Devyn and their team can do, my own tenants had NO idea that a place like mine was possible or available. Whenever I think Oxford County I just think about Jennifer's team. A big thank you.
