Nicole (Kirchner) recently helped my partner and I find our first home in this crazy market and we cannot overstate how key her work and advice were during the entire process. We interviewed multiple real estate agents and from the start Nicole immediately stood out. Nicole was always there to answer our questions, give us good advice, and we truly always felt like she was on our side. We NEVER once felt pressured and Nicole always kept us very appraised of the market changes and communication with other agents. Her work in insurance comes in handy very often and we felt that she had a lot of knowledge when touring homes which she always shared with us. Besides her real estate and insurance acumen, Nicole is also incredibly kind and patient and funny, and it often felt like we were touring houses with a friend rather than just our agent. The entire search, while very stressful of course, felt fun a lot of the time and that we attribute to Nicole. We are so glad that we worked with Nicole and we would never hesitate to recommend her. We are so happy with our house and we only hope that when we buy another house (far in the future) that Nicole will be available to help us again!
