The sales people are all very nice but that is not the problem. The problem is, is that they all follow you around way to closely even when you are just browsing!!! There is so need for this at all. It actually makes me not be able to really look at the shoes and my brain is just focussing on the fact that someone is watching me. I like being left alone and ask for help as I need it. I dont understand why they dont just say let me know if you need help and then leave the customer alone! Or at least try to look busy doing something else instead of staring me down (this isnt an exaggeration!) . It makes me not want to shop there ever again.

I will never return to this store, the staff constantly follows you around while youre just trying to shop. When I was leaving one of the staff members asked if the shoes on my feet were the shoes I came in with. I was in utter disbelief that I just got accused of stealing my own dirty beat up shoes I had on my feet when I went out the door I saw the lady run over and check all the shoe boxes I had been looking at. What a disrespectful disgusting way to treat customers I will NEVER spend my money here again. Not to mention all the good brands like Birkenstock, Dr. Marten & Blundstone are marked up $50-$100 what they are sold for elsewhere. BEWARE.
