        Tried to order a replacement bar for my Dewalt 16in 60V chainsaw. However, the website would not allow for different billing and shipping addresses. This was a problem as I was at my cottage in Nova Scotia and needed it sent there rather than my billing address in Toronto. I contacted Contract Cave and eventually reached the person "who deals with this." He advised they simply will not ship to another address as they had experienced "too much fraud" in the past. When I noted they were the only company I had dealt with in the last 10 years who did not allow different billing/shipping addresses, the response was "well that's just the way it is." Well, given the way it is for Contract Cave I subsequently placed my order with CTEC with no difficulty...I guess Contract Cave is not particularly interested in customer satisfaction or making sales...
