I went to the OLG lottery place there and there was an unpleasant old lady that did not stop to offend me. In general this Walmart is a really poor place and especially the OLG branch

UPDATED: Getting worse and worse. Staff unhelpful, not friendly, no sense of urgency or priority. Shelves never stocked - I was going here weekly, now, I am only going once every 6 weeks - aiming to lose it altogether. Worst Walmart. Pickups going DOWNHILL. First 3 were fast and without incident. 4th pick up - we waited over an hour, others served before us who arrived later. 5th pick up - items missing but charged. Also received 1 bag with one bag of chips - nothing else in it. 1 bag a clothing item - nothing else in it. 1 bag with a small boxed item - nothing else in it. VERY Wasteful - too many bags. I called and waited on hold with customer service for ages, got disconnected and called back just to waited again - but eventually gave up and called direct to the store. Was told that 'those items were not available'. I explained, again, that we'd been charged for them - it wasn't that they showed up as a back ordered item. "Oh, you will get your money back in 3-4 business days". "Can I get your name please so that I can call you if there is issue with this? "Ummmm - do you need this?" Fingers crossed.

Yesterday a middle aged customer service manager accused me and my daughter of not paying for our items in front of many other shoppers. She shouted Did you pay three times before I could even get the receipt out of my pocket to show the proof. This customer service manager didnt even look at the receipt, she simply smirked and walked off. I have tried calling the store to speak to a manager but none have answered my calls. This was extremely embarrassing as many other families stood to watch. This was not the first negative interaction with this woman, so watch out for a large, tall, older, short haired blonde woman with glasses. She needs to be retrained or something because her customer service is lacking. If she cannot handle watching the handful of self checkouts open then she shouldnt be in the position shes in. Its bad enough there are never any belts open (the few they have left) but to be accused of stealing with your child beside you is just disgusting. I know Im not the first this has happened to. Do better store 3120. I dont say Ill be back in anytime soon.
