Transfered to this Vet during the Pandemic from Yates. Loved them from the start. Always so friendly and accommodating. Recently, we had to put our beloved boy down, and it was so incredibly difficult. The staff here were amazing to deal with during this time. They went out of their way to comfort us and were kind and sympathetic during the entire ordeal and afterwards.. They even sent us a card expressing their condolences, signed by the entite staff. We bawled when we received it but it was very kind and pretty amazing. I highly recommend this clinic. Your not just a customer here and your pets are shown as much love as you would give them yourself. You don't find a lot of places like this anymore.

I have never actually had the chance to visit the clinic but there is something I definitely want to say. I was super desperate for my extremely sick puppy to be seen and there was no availability for new clients here or anywhere I was calling. Jackie from Wellington Animal Hospital went out of her way to advocate that my puppy needed to be seen and found somewhere for us to go on very short notice! A lot of places I called all over showed zero compassion and I just got a sorry not accepting anymore clients, click. Thanks to your help, my guy is on the mend.

My old American Eskimo dog was having difficulty, so took him in for euthanasia. Told staff he had separation anxiety and did not want to be apart from him during this. They heard me but were not listening. Insisted on taking him to back room to sedate. I heard him yelping and crying. This was a horrible experience. More torment for my pet and myself. I had been coming here (last dog 17 years, and current dog 15 years) and been happy with service here but unfortunately can not return after this unpleasant experience.
