        Roxanne was fabulous! We had our 92 year old mother shopping who can NEVER find pants ... and bingo, Roxanne found them . Perfect fit !! Very very efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant! I hope Roxanne gets the recognition she deserves.

        Ive been here a few times. The sales associates wont even acknowledge or make eye contact with you. This past Saturday I walked around and just decided to leave. Horrible service.

        I am always so disappointed when I go to this location. The associates are unfriendly and make you feel like an inconvenience. I love RW and Reitmans but refuse to spend money at a store where I am treated poorly. As someone who works in customer service I know friendly staff make the difference. A simple smile and greeting goes along way.
