Competitive pricing. The positive stop there. The warranty work is absolutely atrocious and the service at the tilbury location and Wyoming is bottom of the barrel. When they did take our new machine in they kept it for months at a time, and when they refused the machine telling us thats how it runs when it wont even pick up speed with the gas pedal on the floor, they billed us for a diagnostic fee and they never even looked at it. Will never use them again, and would strongly recommend elsewhere or a different machine.

I read the reviews posted and am convinced I've gone to the wrong location! I am very reluctant to speak ill of anyone. "Stuff" happens and people venture down pathways they would not normally choose. I can only say that my personal experience with the owner ( non-communicative) and Wyoming manager was significantly more negative than that of other reviewers. I have privately conveyed the details of my interaction to others and as a result, at least two went elsewhere for the purchase of large equipment ; to Southpoint on Oil Heritage and Advantage Farm Equipment in Wyoming. I will not express opinions but will share emails both sent and received with anyone interested.
