        Worst place ever. Staff is rude and abusive not only to customers but to delivery couriers as well. There was a bald guy whose behaviour was so rude he literally told the delivery guy that he will kill him. I mean this kind of people make Toronto unsafe. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour I have seen at this place. I will give zero star to this place.

        They must smoke in the shop which is not only illegal but it has completly ruined their stock of products. The bags reeked of cigarettes and the smoke is so bad in the store that it permiated the products and most importantly, the sealed ice cream. So now the ice cream just tastes like vanilla and cigarettes with every bite. DO NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOM THAT HAS PORUS MERCHANDICE CONTAINERS LIKE CARDBOARD, THE SMOKE WILL SEEP INTO THE CONTAINERS AND RUIN THE FOOD!!!!
