Tried booking an appointment with the receptionist through pomelo and they closed the conversation with no response to my request for an appointment. Ive called Dr. Jettas reception everyday the past week before noon and nobody answers.

The telephone conduct I experienced from Dr.Jetha's medical secretary when trying to book my appointment, was very cold and not accommodating. Not protocol a patient expects to receive nor is it in line with the any mode of "patient-care".

Dr. Gandhi has been my family doctor for over two years now and he has been just great. I really felt like I hit the jackpot especially within my first year with the doctor. He was so attentive, followed up consistently and always sounded like he really cared about my health. I told whoever cared to listen that I had the best doctor. However, Im so sad to say my last few phone appointments have felt a bit rushed; Ive been left with a feeling of disappointment especially since Ive had such high expectations given my mostly great experience with him in the first year. Regardless, Im giving a 5-star because Im hoping this is just a temporary phase that will pass. Perhaps, he is a bit overwhelmed with the workload? Notably, his new secretary who started out a bit rough around the edges has greatly improved. Im keeping my fingers crossed that it all balances out soon, otherwise I might have to look elsewhere, sadly.

Spoke with phone reception following from voicemail left for me. The voicemail was spoken so quickly i could barely maks out what was said. I had to replay 3 times. When I nicely offered feedback about this to receptionist, perhaps she could speak more clearer, she was rude and condescending. She said didnt you SEE the number that called on your phone? I said no. She didn't believe me and asked again. I gave up and said perhaps she could be mindful of seniors. She should not assume things about callers. She could have more patience. These are people, human beings with health issues. They may not be to her standards but they are patients of a doctor. Their needs should be respected. One might consider I cant see well. I will be looking for a new doctor.
