Thank you for your help. Serhly showed up on time and changed our faucet and drain. He was very professional and priced the project reasonably. I would recommend using them and will get them to return when we change our shower.

This company offers very good service, and I would definitelycall them again. The plumber that came to my place replaced my toilet. I waited over a year to write this review to make sure that the toilet kept on working, and it has with no problems. I called them on a weekend and the plumber came within a few hours that same day. The lady who took my call was very friendly andhelpful. The plumber that came was professional, friendly, and courteous. Before selecting Tornado Plumbing I got estimates from other companies and Tornado Plumbing offered the best rate. I was not charged extra for weekend work. I like the attitude of the plumber. He was service oriented (unlike so many tradespeople who act as if they're doing you a favour).

Peter helped find / stop a leak from my shower that was running into the basement. He explained what he was going to do, showed me the issue and explained how I personally could take steps to improve things in the future He then sealed everything up to stop the leak. His work was clean, quick, affordable and he was nice to my dog who wasn't super nice to him! Other plumbers in the city were quoting me thousands of dollars to fix the drain itself (which wasn't the problem!) Thanks so much for your help Peter - will definitely use your services again.
