        It was my first time filing my taxes with Ben. He was so nice and caring. He took all the time we needed to really go over the taxes with me and explained everything to me. Very professional and attentive.

        Avoid this place. They never communicated to me when the CRA contacted them for additional documents - I would have waited forever for a refund. They are happy to take your money but the moment there's an issue, you're alone to solve it. We called asking for an explanation and they were incredibly rude. We went there and were essentially kicked out. Very unprofessional and unreliable.
