Im one of the board members of a property being managed by Dynamic and i can tell their services are way better than other property management companies.

I have never dealt with a more incompetent property management company in all my life. I've lived in my building for two years, and the headache this company has caused me has made me regret my decision to move here. There have been several instances of ineptitude, but the most recent example (and the reason I finally decided to write this review) is beyond the pale. Over the past month, an alarm connected to the fire panel has been sounding. It has sounded on five separate occasions, lasting more than 24 hours each time. It is currently going off as I write this review, and has been blaring for over 72 hours. Dynamic Property Management has done absolutely nothing to rectify this. Obviously this is a major safety issue (on the last occasion, the fire department had to show up), but it also severely impacts the use and enjoyment of our personal space in the building. I've had to sleep at friend's houses for five nights and work out of cafes during the days. Dynamic Property Management is well aware of the issue, yet they choose to sit on their hands and do nothing. The property manager of the building, Bas, and the president of the company, Lucian, have done absolutely nothing. I imagine it's a simple fix, yet neither of them have attended at the building to inspect the issue, nor have they sent anyone to resolve the issue in their place. It's distressing that a property management company of such low caliber are legally allowed to operate in Toronto. Do yourselves a failure: do not hire this company to manage your building.
