Great place to shop if youre from the Caribbean. 1 thing though is to be careful of what foods your picking. A lot of things are shipped from over seas and are frozen. Which will cause them to spoil. I saw a lot of items that were extremely cold.

Selling food that is over a year expired. I bought food that was one year and 3 months out of date. When I went to the shelf all the peanut butter was over a year out of date, the Nutella was over a year out of date. I called the lady over and thought she would be removing them. Instead she turned them around so the labels were back around the other way hiding the expiry.

Do not shop here these people will steal your money and not want to give it back, they dont know how to run a business save your time and money! The people that work here dont care to serve you with no type of customer service! The meat mi did buy SOUR in a two days. Pure expired products. You've been warned

My experience at this grocery market was interesting. Ive been there twice and both times the customer service was missing! A simple hi how are you goes a long way, maybe even an introduction to your business would help improve the quality of service you offer. I admire and appreciate this place, its great for the community. My second time I got to see the woman whos on the instagram page promoting the business. I received no greeting from her, she has no customer service skills. I asked her for a product (soap) and she passed it to another woman who was on the phone! The woman who she passed it to had her ear piece in and she was talking on her phone while cashing me out, she said nothing to me and I was on my way. I asked the woman (owner) about the soap if she gets them often, she had her back turned, and she replied but I couldnt understand because she was facing the bbq grille. So I just left. I was happy to shop there but now I wont expect anything, its a business and thats it, I wouldnt tell anybody to go there. To Bonnicks, here are a few tips to improve your business. Smile, greet your customers, tell them you appreciate their business, ask them if they need help with anything. Be polite and get off the phone while dealing with customers, its unprofessional and rude.

Where do I start ? Bonnicks service is absolutely disgusting. Mi see Jodi stand up ah di front and chat di people dem LOUD! No type customer service, asked a young lady for help in the front she ignored me and proceeded to talk on the phone. This is garrison business everybody stand up and watch customers, no type of interaction. $40 box of tastee pattie. Madness, wi need justice.
