        3735 is the cleanest, safest of the TCHC properties that I have encountered. I have heard that the properties by Eglinton and Yonge are also quite nice, good luck getting rental there!

        *Warning* before you move to this building if like your sleep don't move here its loud as hell the train runs 24/7 and the screeching is extremely loud and I haven't had a good night's sleep since I moved in almost a year ago and it's mice,cockroach and bed bug heaven
