Been coming to this location for over 4 years. Owner isnt too friendly. Came here for the last time on May 18th. I asked for a specific staff who would do my pedicures but I was told she was coming 20min late so I got asked to do my pedicure from another staff member. I had work in the afternoon so I just accepted and thought how can someone screw up a pedicure so I just went for it. The staff from the start was rushing my pedicure... mind u I am the 2nd client in the salon. The staff proceeded to rush my pedicure and I kept trying to ignore it until I felt a bad burning sensation. She had ripped some of my toe skin off. I was in such pain and asked her why are u rushing? You made me bleed. She just said sorry and grabbed a green liquid and was going to put it on my toes. I asked what is that? She said alcohol and to stop the bleeding cause it kept bleeding. I said no ty. The owner seen and didnt say anything to me. She just brought some white powder to put on my toes and it started to burn! Anyways the staff apologized but the owner didnt. I wasnt offered a discount or atleast a free pedicure. My toe looks infected and I will give an update soon. Not coming to Da Vinci Nails again. Service: Pedicure

Went in yesterday to get my nails done by Kevin for the first time, and I was a bit nervous since it was for my engagement photos. He was kind, very detailed and took his time even though my nails were very simple. This was probably my best nail salon experience yet! I will definitely be coming back to get my nails done here for my wedding!
