This place needs to hire more staff. How is it that I go there at 6pm and theres only 1 person working, on top of it they arent even making an effort to be a bit more speedy, they literally took 15 minutes to make someone a sandwich while a lineup started to form. I had to leave so I wouldnt spend my 30 minute break waiting for a coffee. Please hire more staff and train them to work in a fast paced environment as Tim Hortons isnt the place to be moving at the speed of a snail.

Bad customer service experience! I ordered 2 medium creamy chocolate chill because of my offers 2 for $5. After I take my order I received only 1. I ask the Indian cashier why 1 creamy chocolate chill only? I scan my codes & show her my promotions. She told me the promotions didnt went thru. (Ofcourse it didnt went thru because she only put 1 order!) I ask her to cancel my creamy chocolate chill order & I will buy again with my offers. But she refuse & the (Indian guy) told me ITS MY FAULT because I didnt check my orders on the screen. They wants me to buy another creamy chocolate chill & pay $5. The reasons I bought creamy chocolate chill its because of the promotions. The crew needs more customer relationships training and learn to admit your fault instead of blaming the customer. They also needs to clean the place, the tables & chairs are always dirty.
