Recent edit (March 24, 2023): The takeout is a mixed bag in terms of receiving the food. I always call in and they give me the time estimate. Which is usually accurate but the person in the front is running around and not paying attention to the customers she served. My partner went to go pick up the food, paid and was waiting for it when another customer came in, paid and got her food immediately. Meanwhile my partner had to ask again for the food, and they asked him how he would like to pay, like he did not just pay 2 minutes ago. Its usually not bad, but when picking up food and its ready, just have a more organized way of handing off the food.
