Ive been to Toronto Pho a couple times and had their online takeouts as well. The verdict is, the food performance sometimes lacks consistency (specifically for the pho broth). The inconsistency isnt drastic but you can tell on some days the pho broth is more sweet than usual or too watered down. However, todays family meal was quite spot on. The pad thai has its own flavor twist - it has more of a brighter and tangy profile that I really love (Im assuming it may have a bit of Tom Yum?). Its a unique version and I appreciate the step up rather than a normal pad thai youd find anywhere else. Its good to also note that service is quite different than your typical restaurant as you will be expected to come up and pay at the front counter. One complaint I have is that sometimes their tables are left unkempt and dirty even on times when they arent busy. The cashier/servers dont usually ask you if everythings okay with the food but if there is a problem, you can just call them over - just what i noticed from their service. Overall, they are quick and polite.
