The Little Blue Lakehouse

Highly recommend the Blue Little Lake House to anyone looking for a weekend getaway from the city. My husband and I recently went and we quickly felt at home in the cottage. The living room is cozy with movies and board games available, the kitchen is fully functioning, and the backyard had a patio and a fireplace for the night. We spent some time at the private beach. The view of the beach is beautiful and the backyard sometimes had bunnies running around. The cottage is also minutes away from a grocery store and Bayfield, a cute little town that reminded us of Stars Hollow from Gilmore Girls. We will definitely be going back!

We spent a lovely 2 nights at The Little Blue Lakehouse. We quickly felt at home in this charming and intimate space. The cabin is perfectly located for a nice stroll around the area but still secluded enough from the town to feel like a private getaway. The view of the crystal clear water left us awestruck, both from our perch on the edge of yard and down the steps at our cute section of beach. We also loved that there was a firepit for roasting marshmallows and taking in the starry night. The living area feels very spacious and warm with lots of sunlight. We enjoyed that there was a variety of board games and that the kitchen was fully equipped. The wifi was speedy and there was even coffee waiting for us when we got there! We really loved our stay and well definitely be back next summer!
