    This is really four 5-star reviews in one. TL;DR Greg from Bluewater has been my exclusive plumbing and heating guy since 2017. He's all the things you'd want and more: professional, prompt, knowledgeable, incredibly responsive, super kind, humble, affordable and honest. In Greg I trust. Review #1 (2017): My wife and I moved into an apartment whose only heat source was a gas fireplace. Upon moving in we discovered the blower didn't work. It was November. The place felt like a walk-in fridge. Someone recommended Greg. We called him. He came the same day and fixed it within the hour. Review #2 (2018): Same apartment. We needed to install a washer and dryer. We called Greg. This time, he sent two guys from his team. They arrived pronto. Super kind and professional. It wasn't a straightforward install. Connections needed to be moved, lines needed rerouting. They worked nonstop all afternoon and we were washing our first load that evening. Review #3 (2019): By now, my wife and I were in our current home with our then-infant. The gas fireplace wasn't working anymore. In fact, the only time we ever had it on was when we viewed the house. Now, a year and a half later, it was out of commission. We called Greg. He came the same day. He quickly figured out what the issue was, but in the process discovered the make and model info had been removed. Weird. He did some detective work and discovered the model had been recalled years ago. It was known to sometimes explode and send the glass front flying across the room. He uninstalled the unit and hauled it away. God bless Greg. Review #4 (2022): Our furnace was coming on and turning off repeatedly. But only half the time. Embarrassingly, inexplicably, I forgot about Greg. I called another local heating company. My baffled wife asked why I didn't call Greg. Other guy came, cleaned the condense, the flame sensor, some wiring, and replaced the filter. Said it was working. Didn't go to turn it on again until the next morning. It turned on but then made a completely new weird soundlike something misfiringthen turned off. I call the other company back. Tell them the furnace is completely broken since their visit. The receptionist said they might be able to come later in the week. But maybe not. I asked if we'd be charged for a second service call. She said she'd have to let me know. I did what I should have done all along: I CALLED GREG. He came within the hour. It was the flame sensor connection. (The very same one other guy was working on yesterday.) Half an hour later, we were up and running. To be honest, I'm baffled as to why he doesn't have dozens of glowing reviews. He's a humble guy, and that makes me think he's probably not soliciting reviews from clients. As a long-time client, I find the one (and only) one-star review extremely suspicious. I'm reading between the lines on that one, and you should too. If you've read this far, you're as diligent, thorough and committed as Greg. Congrats, your Google search is over.
