This company deserves a 1 star for not treating their foreign workers fairly, especially the Filipinos. Yesterday they just terminated a two Filipina without any prior notice and this is not the first time this company has done this. Terminating workers without prior notice is generally considered a disrespectful and unfair practice. It can cause significant hardship for the workers who suddenly find themselves out of a job without any warning, and it can also damage the reputation of the employer who engages in this behavior. It is advisable for employers to follow legal and ethical guidelines when terminating workers, and to treat their employees with respect and dignity throughout the process. This includes providing adequate notice, offering support and resources to help workers transition to new employment. i hope this message reaches you and whom sits in the government should take action against such unbearable practice. People giving so much effort and spend a lot of money trying to get a better job and pursue their PR to get through the process. This company has just taken all that rights to these people. Best of good luck to these people who lost their job and may you'll find a better company that can provide you and help your through out your endeavor.

One of the worest place to work. No organizing no planning no proper training. You might injerd any time because it is very crowded. Management disrespectful and never appreciate what you done. All employees once they got Canadian paper they running away. The turn over is very high, even the office work people they also not stay long.
