Admission is for the school and Museum (across the street) and it is well worth it. The school is all set up with really interesting artifacts. It was a great stop to make!

Such a lovely and unique place, so strongly attached to the writer Lucy Maud Montgomery, author of well known in the world Anne of Green Gables. LMM worked as a teacher in this school and found the love of her life in Herman Leard from Lower Bedeque too. If only walls could speak.. It's the only existing and well preserved among of all the schools somehow linked with Maud! Visiting here truly felt like a time travelling, besides all the area is such green, beautiful and peaceful place, definitely worth coming. Hope to visit again, same the school as historical The Leard House.
