Enjoy are new apartment. Will be here in a few months 1 year. Everyone one in their roles have great costumer service and always been very courteous to myself .Always have a smile on their faces and greet you when you enter their office. Very understanding people in all areas. If something needs done it's done . Everyone is very down to earth and everyone should know they give 100 percent.

I would happily give 0 stars but that was not an option. I contacted multiple people about a property up for rent and no one would return my calls or emails or provide me with any information at all. Even when I asked them to call me multiple times they never did. Every time they did get back to me (days later after multiple follow up) they would only answer select questions. I guess theyre not interested in renting out their units. I would not trust this company. They keep posting the apartment ads because its not selling yet Ive filled out an application many times with no response, very unprofessional. It blows my mind that they are still in business.

This is just one of Prince Edward Islands apartment complexes that Daniel was able to capture in just the right light. It's well known the Island really does have a situation in dire need of a really \ui'k fix

I lived in an apartment with Bevan for ~8 months. They were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions/requests.
