        Price is ok, apartments are so so... lived here a year and had multiple run ins with the superintendent over benign issues, he's aggressive, rude, and impossible to talk to. Stereotypical abuse of power, he screamed at my mother when she visited and I wasn't home, was consistently rude to my wife, and had no interest in being civil. I feel truly bad for anyone that has to deal with that guy.. its been 5 years and the thought if it still makes me upset. Spare yourself the headache of dealing with guy..
